SHIPPING & REFUNDS
Each piece is hand made when ordered. Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your product. Deviant does not offer refunds as each item is custom and for sanitary reasons. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Eligible items may be returned for alterations only. Please email customer service
within 3 days of the date received. ShéBari will not accept any alteration requests after 3 days of receiving item.
Eligible returned items must be free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear with all ShéBari and product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not be responsible. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please keep in mind that ALL products are hand made and may have some defects. We try our best to look over each item before shipping to fix minor issues.
Merchandise purchased online can be returned via mail to the address on package or returned in-person if you are located in the Los Angeles area. We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number. ShéBari will not be liable for lost packages without proof of receipt. ShéBari is not responsible for shipping costs unless you have purchased insurance on your item.
